Canesten V, which contains clotrimazole, is an antifungal medicine used to treat vaginal infections caused by fungi, commonly known as vulvovaginal candidiasis. It is in the form of vaginal eggs and creams, and is designed to relieve symptoms such as itching, burning, irritation, bad odour and abnormal flow.
